The
Cambridge Sling Library recently opened its doors, offering a range of
slings, carriers and babywearing accessories (including babywearing
coats and sling rings) that parents can hire.
Every second Wednesday the
Sling Library will be visiting Ely – pop into the Old Dispensary
between 12.30 pm & 1.30 pm on the 12th of December 2012 or 9th
of January 2013.
Bring along your own sling for some expert advice or
come & try one of ours. You’re very welcome to come even if you
don’t want to hire a sling & just want to come to chat.
The Sling
Library is run by Victoria Ward who is a local NCT antenatal teacher
& antenatal yoga teacher (watch this space for details of some
babywearing yoga sessions soon). She’s also the founder of Babywearing
UK and was awarded Babywearing International’s 'Babywearing Advocate of
the Year' award for 2012.
