Nestlé- Free Week, taking place on 29 October - 4 November, is a time
for supporters of the Nestlé boycott to do more to spread the word and
for those who don't boycott to give it a go- at least for a week!
Nestlé
continues to push its breastmilk substitutes in ways that break
internationally agreed marketing standards in order to make company
profits. Nestlé refuses to bring its instructions on how to prepare
formula into line with World Health Organisation guidance, so
endangering babies who have to be fed on formula. This boycott gives executives a financial reason to think again and helps to force changes.
Check out the Nestlé- Free Week website here for more information on how you can get involved including posters, labels and logos you can share!
